Recording announcement

Hi all,

I ve an IP office 500 and i want when the extensions in the hunt greoup are not answering the call an announcement to be played to the caller.

I ve checked the announcement tickbox in the huntgoup, but i cannot record anything using the *1<huntgroup># short code

this is my setup
I am using Avaya Ip office R5 manager v7.0
Avaya IP 500 v5.0
VC32/BRI8 v5.0
Phone 8/ATM4 v5.0

Default is *91NumberGoup and *92NumberGroup
