Recorded Ann for ACD

Justy trying to remember how to set a recorded msg on the VSU for ACD grp when members are busy.

RAGAI:GRP=acdgroupnumber, WELCOM=x, QUEUE=y, REPQUE=z;

x=ANN number for welcom message
y=ANN number for busy message
z=ANN number for repeated message

Thanks for that Peter but how do you actually record the message listened too?

Dial the directory number assigned to the VSU. When it answers, to listen to a message dial 1*message number#

To record a message dial 2*message number#
