Reconfiguring "Start up..." options? 1

After completing all formatting I configured Tools|Start up and I disabled most of the menu's. Now when I open the database/application I only get File, Window and Help displaying on the top menu. HELP! How can I get the other menus showing up again. "Tools" on the menu which allowed me to get to "Start up" no longer shows up.

I am hoping there is a simple solution.

Thanks Jeremy. It worked. A simple thing but I could not find the instruction you told me in any of the tech books. Thanks for helping me out.
