I need to replace my sat terminal(715, can anyone recommend a good vendor?

you can use any personal computer with avaya site administration installed instead of dumb terminal. more convenient and easy to use.

I do that but I cant back up the flash card from another building...

You can check with Control House 1-888-595-9001 and Telecomm Technologies at 1-800-682-0253. These people always come in low bidders for us and provide great service, warranty and parts.
