Recommendation for newsletter/articles

Hello I am looking for a newsletter/article script generator using php/mysql. I have found a pretty good one at

but it uses asp.

My goal is to have 5 users publish articles, with search capabilty. We just need something quick and easy.

You can do a search for CMS (Content Management System) and find dozens of options.

I am trying out

http://www.mamboserver.com/

and am liking what I see so far. Once you wrap your mind around the way that components and sections are arranged, this could be a 'quick and easy' system.
