Recommend a book on php and sql?

Can anyone recommend a good book on learning php and mysql? Something geared towards a beginner to both but experienced in web development. I come from a strong coldfusion and ms sql server background and looking to do development at 1/100 of the price.

any of the orielly books are good references. But you should be able to find everything you need from online documentation and howtos

The book I decided to go with was PHP & MySQL Web Development 2nd Edition (Sams pub)
I haven't recieved it yet but it seems to be the most highly rated of all the books I checked out. I am currently using PHP4 Bible but I don't recommend buying it.

You should get to grips with PHP really quickly so don't advise buying a beginners book, as it will be useless in a few weeks.

- cheaper than buying a book. Then go for a medium level book for reference.

1) PHP & MySQL for Dummies - which I hate
2) PHP Fast & Easy Web Development by Premier Press which I highly recommend!
