Receiving Attachments (Outlook 2K)

We are having problems receiving attachments from 1 particular address. When the message is sent directly to one of our accounts(Outlook 2K) it arrives with no attachment and no signature. I got the message sent to my Hotmail account and it arrived with attachment and signature attached. I then forwarded the message to my work account where it arrived with the attachment. We can receive attachments from all other addresses, can any one explain why the message arrives without the Signature and attachment when sent directly but arrives with the attachment when sent from Hotmail.

Could be the mail format of the message. Do you know what format they are sending the message in (HTML, Outlook RTF, plain text)? What mail program are they using? joegz
