Does anybody know what function i should use to receive a file i have sent with TransmitFile?

TransmitFile (Winsock socket lib extension?) sends a file via socket. So only the other side knows where is this file after transmission (may be file info received and discarded

If you know remote file address, use ftp API or what else...
