TransmitFile (Winsock socket lib extension?) sends a file via socket. So only the other side knows where is this file after transmission (may be file info received and discarded. Obviously, no reverse function in that case.
If you know remote file address, use ftp API or what else...
Strictly speacking, use recv() for reverse operation...
