rebuild pri dch

I need to out and rebuild a pri.the loop is 19 and the dch is 19.what are the steps to out it and rebuild it.
I am not up to speed on how to do the programming

out members in 14
out dch in 17 (chg adan then out dch 19 @ adan prompt)
ld 17 chg cequ x19 @ dlop prompt.

If you are going to rebuild it in the same slot dont do the CHG CEQU, you will have to put it back in CEQU. Are you needing to change something in the programming? Why out and rebuild?

Thank You for your reply.The reason i need to out rebuild the pri is that I have loop 19 with dch 19 and loop 2 bdch 2 they arein the same trunk group.The customer needs these to be standalone dchs for week and then i need to put them back to the original state

out the bdch and chg the dch to remove the second pri from it
