Realtime displays

Hello

I have a problem setting up a realtime display showing a summery based on more than 1 skillset.

Example:
Skillset_A
Skillset_B

I want to show callwaiting, availible agents etc. for both skillset_A and skillset_B added together.
At the momemt I am showing more than one display, but since all agents are assigned with both skillsets I would prefer a solution with only 1 display.

We are running Build 06.00.004.03.

Doesn't the bottom of the skillset display have a summary line? Set up a skillset display for Skillset A and B (use partitions or filters). It should then have a summary line at the bottom that shows the totals for skillsets A + B.

I have tried solving the problem with partitions. The problem is I need to restrict my own (or another users access) to make a summery of the skillsets I want to display.

My billboard display need to show more than one display, where different data is needed.

Example:
skillset_A + skillset_B - summury of total calls waiting
skillset_C + skillset_D - summery of total calls waiting.

I can make a filter with this setup, but I dont get the option to choose this filter when making a billboard, only either a single skillset, or a summery of all skillsets within my partition.
