Reading .dat files

Hi,

How can I read .dat files. And display it in the text box. Any help will be appreciated.

ok i found out that it is a text file.I need to read it where =!= is a "break" and space between characters is considered a 0.

Well I know how to read the file. Very, very easy indeed.


I just don't know how to process the information contained on it...
