Hmmm. There is no official classic client (at least not one Nortel will support). There is a utility available to do the stuff you can't do with the CCMA (most notable record voice segments if you still use Meridian Mail), which is supported.
That's not to say that the classic client doesn't work. It does. If it's anything like the Symon boards we used, you would just need a user account set up via the classic client (and the ability to reset its password). The Symon boards used to log into the database to rip the stats out directly.
Of course, getting it to work and getting the supplier to support it is another thing altogether. We were told we needed to upgrade our IVR for CCMS even though it worked on the previous IVR version. They wouldn't support it though, so we upgraded.
