Read out Shortcut Target Path Information?

Hi All..

I'm trying to find a way of reading out the Target Path from a shortcut link file (.lnk)? I have found some info on the web, but its all for vb6 and doesn't convert very well.. There is a lot for creating the link file but nothing on how to access the stored information from with in. Any one have any ideas / code???
