When I open outlook in the morning I have new messages which are in bold and have an unopened envelope icon next to them and usually I have the items which I have already read, which are not in bold and have an opened envelope icon next to them, Recently I have been accessing outlook and all the mail items, read or unread have an unopened envelope icon next to them, the messages that I have previously read change back to the opened envelope when I select them.
Thisonly happens when I access outlook for the firwst time in the morning, and also has only recently started to happen. Is this an issue with my outlook or with exchange. Has anyone got any advice how to fix this, It does not appear to have any detrimental effect but It should not be happening and I would like to know why it is!
