I have encountered this phenomenon as mentioned by thread 690-1276481,

My agent presses his "login" feature key, then keys in his agent id. When he keys in the last digit his phone reboots, when the phone comes back the agent is in "aux" and the phone works as per normal.

Typically this does not happen to any other agent it just follows one unfortunate fellow from phone-to-phone.

Any ideas?

I am having the same problem

only 1 agent is affected, affects all phones agents logs into, what firmware is the phone on.

mine is 2.8.3 on the 4620IPsw, did not happen when phone was on 2.8

Funnilly enough 2.8.3! I don't understand why other agents are not affected.
I duplicated the 1st agent ID, got the user to login with it, phone re-booted.
I'm going to try "ad ag n" and use an ID not related (programming-wise) to the original and see what happens.
Although looking at your reply, I might just roll back to 2.8.0.

I'll let you know.

I have the same issue. Created a new agent ID, without any luck. If I decrease the number of skills it will logon but not in a normal situation.

I once did a reset off al the station and then a system reset 4. solved the problem for 2 days. Now i'm back to start.

Anyone found a solution for this.
Version of the firmwire is 2.8.3

Just to let you know I rolled the phones back to 2.8 and everything is working fine.

(Not happy, but what can you do?)

I had the same issue with 2.8.3. Rolled back to 2.8 and haven't had trouble since.
