hi - is there a way to re-route a dialed number when an agent dials it...i want it to re-route to a hunt-group internally. Thanks.

If the agent is dialing to an outside number u can use ARS digit conversion.

P.S. A message to all,if you want to get the best response to a question, please read FAQ222-2244 first. Also give the type and version of your voice mail & pbx system & preview your post to make sure it is complete & understandable. Beware that if u don't answer a question posted to assist u , u will most likely hinder efforts to so

great - can you tell me what aar, ars and ext are under the "net" column. also what are the "conv" and "req" columns. Thanks again.

The ARS conversion table is always referenced first. Put the outside number you want redirected in there, min & max the same length as the number of digits in it, the same number under del, the extension you want it send to under replacement string & "ext" Under net "n" under conv & n under Ani.

This will affect the whole switch. It gets more complex if you just want it to happen to certain extensions.
