Our entire system crashed last week and we have had our techs come in to fix it - however we have an old system and they cannot figure out how to get our night service going.

Once deployed, night service used to ring throughout the paging system & each individual telephone in the building. Anyone could pick up the phone just by picking up the handset or hitting handsfree, there was no codes or features required.

Since the crash, all it does is ring at the attendant desk and go straight to the AA after set number of rings.

How can I set it up so it goes back to ringing at everyone's desk and anyone can pick it up?

I looked at the FAQ and did the ** 266344 but I don't have an option for Terminals & Sets which it sounds like I need. I also have no idea how to create a ringing group. Our techs have no idea how to fix it and are trying to sell us a new phone system which we don't really want.

First thing I'd do is post in the Norstar Group :) This is the CS1000 PBX forum forum799
