Re-do 9620 IP Phone Settings

I need to reprogram two 9620s manually. I put in the wrong call server ip and it's messing up my other phones. I tried to reboot the phones but it won't give me * to get into the programing. How do I get into it. Thanks!

How do i reset. Unplug it?

No you hit the mute and spell out reset on your phone dial pad

Should this work for 46XX phones? I can't get it to work on a 4625.
