Hello,
Just a quick line to see if any one else has had similar problem Using windows 2003 enterprise server in terminal server mode.
Problem:
Client need’s to map it’s local printer threw TSWEB/RDP Services and keeps it’s local printer name for it to map threw to the application seamlessly. I.e Not “” Hplaserjet 1200 on SERVER (from CLIENT) In session 1 ”” Just “ Hplaserjet 1200” in the terminal server session. ???
Application is expecting to Print to Default Printer Named “Letter” , Printing is working and maps threw fine but promting the user to select printer and with our user's thats not good. :|
Any clues would be greatly appreciated and tested.
