RDP client v5/Win2003 TS - Hide "close" button? 1

I was hoping someone here could help with this one. I want to hide the "close" button (the 'x' in the RDP client bar) from users. If possible I would like to not remove the minimize and maximize buttons. Now matter how many times they are told not to just close their session, they always do! Ugh.
