Wow it sure is easy to mislead when you write. Lemme try again. Extention 30 31 and 32 (which don't exist) are forwarded to speed 80 which is simply a local number (cell phone), no prefix just a 1-npa-nxx-yyyy. Then you can dial any one of these extentions and reach the cell phones, just fine every time. When you point a Selctor Code in the ACD at one of these extentions it works fine the first few tries. But then you loose some voice mail boxes (that may or may not be related to the call), they become uninitialized. The recording IS from the ACD voice mail card, because you can pick selector code 1 which is directed to ext 10 and you will get "Your call cannot be completed at this time". In other words, your not leaving the system with the call! I changed the ACD processor and vm card 3 times, with this same result. I have not used RCF in the final setup, I wanted to cool the customer off then I will go back and try RCF using extention 17 and 18 which are real unused extentions. Once that works ok then I will try to use extention 19 and see if it blows up! I hope somebody tries this cause I think is a ACS7, version I bug! I tried 2 different voicemail card versions.
