Randomly outputting fields 1

Hi, I'm making a site which has a case study inset in every page. I'm using CFusion to include a .txt (html) file of a case study. There are a number of case studies but I want to randomly choose one each time a page loads.

I guess I need a SQL statment that will generate a random ID to display but don't know how to do it!
