Exchange 2000
Outlook 10.x
Random messages have been appearing without any content. Messages are routed internally and exteranally with the correct subject and recipients. However, the message body is completely blank. I am 99% sure each of the message formats were HTML.
I first thought it was operator error but this has been confirmed not to be the case. I am completely puzzled as to what is happening.
I am unable to view the message headers from within the Outlook client since routing is happening internally with our Exchange server.
I have searched the Tek-Tips archives and have only found one other similar instance of this problem but there were no replies. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
