Ran out of memory

Rugularly get this message on the incremental backups. Don't get it on the Friday Full backup. Anyone point me in the right direction please.
Dell W2K3 File & print server with 2GB memory.

Backup - \\ASH-FP01OFO: Initialization failure on: "Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
OFO: Snapshot error (0x8007000e): Ran out of memory

This is a windows 2003 microsoft bug. If you check your system and application log on that server you will find the exact error. There is a fix from MS, you have to call them and its a free call.
