Is it possible to setup a RAM drive under Win 2K? It was possible under 98 using ramdrive.sys - any software required to do it now!?

I used a piece of software to do it once. Ramdrive.sys still works but it is limited to 32MB. goto and download RamDiskNT that works ok for me!
