No drives available when installing Win 2012 OS 1

I'm trying to install Win 2012 STD R2 on a new HP DL360e GEN 8 server, but I get no drive selection when trying to do a clean install using DVD. First tried installing from SCCM PXE boot, but had BIOS partition errors.
Any ideas?

Has a logical drive been created using the Array Configuration Utility?
