On one of the notices about Terminal Services locking up a server,MachineType mentioned looking into Ram Deframenters. thread96-335470 - Terminal server Bogs down -jkidd mentioned it helped him, so I did a quick google search and found this freeware ram defragmenter.

Downloaded it to my pc, (Not gonna put freeware on a server.) and I've been running it about an hour, and I swear it does seem to help. I've got 5 internet sessions open, plus some other applications, and when I start a new application, it whizzes in. Since I've only been using for an hour, I can't guarentee there aren't any bugs, but I like what I see so far. [pc2] Glen A. Johnson

I've been using ram defrag on an old laptop running w2k with less than a hundred meg of ram. This really does work. Glen A. Johnson

I also had the scenario with TS halting the server and needed to reboot constantly. I only use TS for remote admin. My problem was solved after I saw the complaint in event viewer about a printer. I un/reinstalled the printer and the problem was solved. Well this was my account.
I am sure this isn't your problem but maybe someone else have the same proble I used to have, only trying to help...

I had to try this, and it does work! I like that the program is very small, MEMTURBO was around 1400kB! Ill keep this on the desktop for a while and see if anything comes out.
