On one of the notices about Terminal Services locking up a server,MachineType mentioned looking into Ram Deframenters. thread96-335470 - Terminal server Bogs down -jkidd mentioned it helped him, so I did a quick google search and found this freeware ram defragmenter.
Downloaded it to my pc, (Not gonna put freeware on a server.) and I've been running it about an hour, and I swear it does seem to help. I've got 5 internet sessions open, plus some other applications, and when I start a new application, it whizzes in. Since I've only been using for an hour, I can't guarentee there aren't any bugs, but I like what I see so far.
