RAID! Best HD size?

Im getting ready to set the Raid feature on my Epox 8K7A+, my question is befor I buy two harddrives ....what is the best capacity for MAXIMUM speed and performance? is it 30, 40, or 60 gig ? Im planning on setting the (Stripped) mode. also it will be ATA 100 7200RPM..... Any sugestions? and of course it will be AN AMD SET UP PROBABLY THE NEW GENERATION ATHLON COMING OUT NEXT MONTH....AMD RULES!

Maxtor 60 range or IBM deskstars 75gxp's I think the're called, both ATA 100 and 7200rpm
Don't matter what they R but for best performance match them in make, type and capacity! Martin
