Radio Buttons in Excel Form

Hi ,

I am using Excel Pro XP. I have form that has three columns with multiple rows. The three colums are used to resond to questions. The responses are "Yes", "No" or "NA". I want to use radio buttons and group them to get a single response. However, when i add the first three buttons and group them the buttons work fine. When I add the next three they automatically group to the first. This causes all six buttons to allow only one response. I also need to total the responses at the bottom. Help!!!

By "Form" do you mean "worksheet" ?

Either way, you need a Groupbox around each set of radio buttons - this is what determines which buttons are "grouped" together

This a template created in Excel. When I create a Group By Highlighting the three buttons and right clicking I go to grouping and group. I repeat this for each set to the buttons and all are connected. Even if a place a blank row between them. If click in one and then any other only one remains clicked.

There is a specific control called a groupbox - this must go round your radio buttons

Yes, I see the difference in what you typed. However, do not see how to added the groupbox. I did search help for groupbox and it came back with nothing. Would you direct me to the groupbox.
