Ok So i'm having several issues, i'll give the quick breakdown of my setup, then a little more on the specifics

2 stand alone networks running 2 seperate POS systems, 1 with 1 terminal, 1 with 2 terminals

systems will be known as ES and OS representing the different networks.

Issues with OS
my CFO just now told me that we've had nothing settled from this system since 4/7/14 when I looked into the Aloha mngr and the EDC I found some interesting stuff...
1- Seems the Aloha Mngr is lacking in tabs and function, missing "utilities" tab all together, will not pull any sales reports, can't even click on it.
2- EDC states "Pos is Off" And every single option under all tabs are grayed out with the exception of the logoff option. have about 180 files sitting that were set as .SPL which i have changed to .REQ hoping they'll go through.

now on this i suspect that the original problem was that my network went down, as I found the thing offline, and had to reset modem and sonicwall to get it back online. but what do I do from here?

Issues with the ES
I had my system get stuck on "waiting to grind" on 3/28/2014 was stuck there for well over a week, I finally was able to force the grind and get it to push through this, however, 3/28/2014 is the last day showing in the EDC folder, have 2 days of business on 5/3/2014 and 5/4/2014 that are not showing up anywhere other than in the aloha file. I show about $700 in sales when I pull a sales report for those days, but don't see any files waiting to batch anywhere. Other than giving the message of "Last CES settlement occured more than 48 hours ago" at the login page of the tableservice the systems runs fine, and authorizes the cc's fine. what do I do from here?

Any help is appreciated. i'm the marine engineer and a captain here, and i've been kind of thrown into this problem attempting to take care of this techy issue. HELP PLEASE =X

You have more issues than can be explained in a forum but I will do my best
Your grayed out issue is because your log in rights dont give you access to the areas you need to.

for the ES system, I suspect those folders may be on a floor terminal.

reach out to me from my website and I will give you hand.
