Not sure what I'm doing wrong but I have a MICS 7.0 w/t-1 and DID's. I connected a RAD to port0129 and targeted a line to the RAD ext. Told the RAD the line number and when it anwsers the call. I can hear the modems start to talk but then I get a solid tone and the call breaks down. I thought maybe a bad RAD. So, I got another one. Same results. I thought about it and I thought because the first two RAD's were older maybe a problem with the newer software so I got third and are still having the same thing happen. If I connect straight into it on-site it works fine. I just can't call into it. I can't seem to figure out what it not programmed right. Looking for a pointer in the right directions.
Any help would be a great help.

You need a FastRad II or a Firmware upgrade to a normal Fastrad. THere were issues with the 7.0 and the first fastrad with Target lines. Try Operator assisted and see what happens.

I found out and fixed the problem. The customer is using the new Dynamic T-1 product. This causes problems with modems, faxes and other in and outbound analog devices.(unknown to me until now) The provider can make ajustments to the line to fix the problem if you know which line you want the service on. Just thought I would share that with you all.
