rad agent tools help please

have a rad hooked up to 7.1 mics only can connect with the phone tool but when i try to connect with the browser it gives me a (map file "a0g00eng' is required any ideas what i am missing or doing wrong can also not do a back up same problem the only thing i can open is the set tool and i am on the system do i need the rad2?

You need the lastest maps files from Nortel website.

i uploaded the newst tool from there web site still same problem i down loaded the norstar remote utility 10.0

11.0 is the latest an not available for public.

I found that if you download nru 11.0 and install it on the same PC as 10.0 it will overwrite the 10.0 version with the new map files and will NOT disturb your customer files. Worked well for me without struggle or trouble.
