I recently updated a new Applications server but the Management services still shows 9.0.1.0 build 845. I couldn't find the .rpm file for that anywhere. Updated one-x Portal to 9.0.2.0 build 15 and VM to 9.0.2.0 41 no problems. Where is it and do I need to update it?

I'm not sure it is used or needed when running just the Applications Server for one-x Portal and Voicemail PRO only. Am I right?
After reading the Applications Server I&M doc - it's a shell version of IPO for basic configuration of services such as remote SSL VPN connections for server support. It does not support call features such as users, extensions or trunks.

?

The appserver is the same as the server edition on 9.0
The service you see is needed but it does not "run" IPO when you have selected to use it as an appserver.
But the nice part is that the default folder primary (like on the SD card) is still there.
If you put in the phone files then you can use it for a tftp and http server like when it is a server edition.
It is indeed used for the SSL VPN support.
Open manager and select the appserver and open the "config" and you will be able to setup the SSL VPN.
But this service should have been upgraded too and it should show 860 and not 845.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

I can't seem to find the .rpm file anywhere. There is a ms-9.0.200-860.el6.i386.rpm file under the folder Avaya sub-folder IPOFFICE. It shows in the list of services available as ms... above it is the 9.0.1.0 build 845 Management Services installed. Is this "ms.." file the Management services and does the old need to be uninstalled and then the new one installed? Searched docs, but couldn't find any answers.

There seems to be an issue sometimes where this happens.
Try to upgrade it again and see if it works.
I used the option where you can upload the iso and then upgrade it.
