My memory is bad, with Release 7 do we still need the networked messaging and voice networking channel RFAs for distributed VMPro and SCN? Avaya's product matrices always give me a headache.

You need voice networking all the time with a SCN.

Weren't these licenses combined into an SCN license or am I recalling something wrong?

Network messaging was indeed for multiple vm machines but not needed for distributed vm.
So you only need scn licenses and vmpro licenses on both sites.
