We are trying to integrate Softphone & LCS. Each work independently, but we can't get past a hurdle in trying to get the softphone to connect to LCS. Keep getting this error:
Couldn't open socket: connection refused
Sounds like a port issue or some other networking mismatch but we have been round and round with the Avaya setup guide for this and have called tech support and still can't isolate the issue.
