R4 Mail Clients having issues.

Within the last week I have had only laptop users running the R4.6.7 notes client, calendar entries disappear the only way I'm able to retrieve the calendar entries back, I copy and paste the entries from the local copy and paste them back on the server copy. This was only a temporal fix, I also noticed that all my mail users received a newly created folder entitled, "check it out". This folder is no where on the R4 mail template. I had a mailuser have there mail client setup as a mail template, I unchecked this option, removed the template from the server and restored the template from a backup tape.

If anyone have seen anything like this can you advice me on which direction to go from here.
