R11.5 Sp2 Failed to recieve data from the database Agent

I am currently running Arcserve Brightstor 11.5 SP2, when trying to backup a number of sql databases stored on a number sql databases on a number of client servers. I regularly get for the following error message for some of these servers.

E8562 Failed to recieve data from the database agent. (EC=10060)
E8562 Failed to recieve data from the database agent.
(EC=10060)
E3712
Unable to close session (EC=SESSION WAS FORCED TO ABORT)

The session aborts and I also find that an acrserve agent process is hanging on the clients affected and slows other process.

I have updated the agent and the agent details on the clients affected. Can anyone help?

without additional info my guess is a network interruption. We use to have similar issues with Backupexec 8.x. I would due some networking monitoring to see if something is flooding the network or you ma have a bad switch.
