Client uses Communicator from home over VPN (Cisco RV320 Firewall at office) with R10 IP Office. Calls from Communicator to outside world work fine. Calls from Communicator (VPN at home) to Communicator (local at office) using extension numbers work fine. Calls from Communicator (VPN at home) to Communicator (VPN at another home) have no audio when dialing extension to extension. I have read that this is likely a firewall issue, but wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of how to resolve this.

I think this is a routing issue.

Since both communicator uses 'direct media path'

Setup IP routes on each communicator PC to each other remote PC.

Your VPN is configured to not allow connection from one tunnel to another. This is typically the default. You need to allow the connection.
