r-click in internet explorer

Whenever I rightclick anywhere on a page in Internet Explorer, there is a "????? -> ?????" between "Properties" and "Refresh". Clicking on it brings me to some warez or pornographic site. Is there anyway to remove this?

nvm i managed to find it in my registry and deleted it.
