Have a customer with a MM13. Recently they lost their HD and did not have a backup. Thier vendor put in a new HD and reloaded the software from scratch, all appears to be OK, you can call in, it will answer, or if you want you can leave a message, the problem is when you try to transfer to anywhere out of the VMail, ANY Voice Messaging Service or even doing a 0 for the attendant, you get a "Your call cannot be completed at this time" message. So, internal, external, 0 for the operator (yes one is specified). you get this message. I have looked everywhere, I have actually compared it line by line with another MM12 and I see nothing that would be causing it. I could see if it was not working for external calls, but even if you use a VSID and have a press 1 or 2 CL to 3550, or whatever, you get this. Any ideas?
