"yahoo-like directory" control for vs.net 2005

Hi, I'm looking for this type of control or the way how to make one.

Here are table fields:

CategoryID,
CategoryName,
CategoryParentID,
CategoryLink,
CategoryDescription

Directory links should be displayed like this:

CAT 1 CAT 2
-SubCat -SubCat
-SubCat -SubCat
-SubCat -SubCat
-More... -More...

CAT 3 CAT 4
-SubCat -SubCat
-SubCat -SubCat
-SubCat -SubCat
-More... -More...
