I work at a car dealership that sets customer appointments. My dealership owner has a large flat screen TV setup next to the main entrance that he would like to show the appointment list for the day. I could easily do this using PowerPoint but this will need to be EASILY updated throughout the day by users that are not all that computer literate. A dedicated pc will be used for this screen. The appointment list is sometimes quite lengthy so it may take multiple screens or scrolling to show the entire list.
Any suggestions on what programs I could use to make this as user friendly as possible?

Sounds like PowerPoint should be the app to me. It's a stand-alone presentation showing continuously (non-presenter led).

If you don't want PowerPoint, see what you can do about getting it all on one screen.
