"View Only" Remote Control

Hi all,

We have a few Windows NT SMS Clients where all SMS Components seem to be installed corretly. When I trie to use the remote control function I am only able to view the desktop, but I have no chance to control the client. The remote control level is already set to full in the client agent configuration.

The remote control feature can be changed at the client. Unless of course the "Clients cannot change policy ..." feature has bee disabled. If enabled a remote control icon will be created in the control panel of client machines. Users can set their own configuration here.
