"User Account Has Expired" on Some W98 Stations

Yesterday I had 2 W98 stations that could not log on to my NT Server. When the user attempts to log in the PC hangs a bit then dispays a message that the user account has expired. Today I have 5 different PC's doing the same thing. I was able to get through it by hard booting 2-3 times. I have no expiration restrictions on any user acconts on the server. I am thinking it is an IP issue, but WIPIPCFG shows normal IP range.

Any help would be appreciated!
