"Unkown" or "Invalid" in license field

I think my Voicmail pro is not working because in Manager under 'license" it reads "invalid" when I click to edit and close out it changes to "unknown"
Voicmailpro was working fine yesterday

could the license be the issue?
 
Restart the vmpro service on the vmpro computer. Also make sure that the license key is inserted and that the ip addresses are correct.
 
The license is the reason vm is not working. What kind of dongle do you have? usb or serial? and where do you have it installed?

VM pro will work for 2 hours with no license.
And you will get 2 hours everytime you restart the service.
Licenses can be a pain. If you dont know how to install them using the csv file then make sure you copy and paste them.
Also make sure if you do copy and paste that you dont end up with a space at the begining of it when you paste it. Sometimes it just takes several reboots of both the pc and the ipoffice.
 
when installing or changing liscense files the ipo needs to be remoted or the liscense files will never become valid.
