"Unknown Account" trying to add user in Exchange Administrator

Hi All,

We are NT/4 and Exchange 5.5. I add a username from another domain (trusted) to permissions page. The user shows up. But when I click APPLY, it changes domain\username to \Unknown Account!

Any ideas? Thank you. Tom Jacobson ...

2-way trust?
