"Unable to locate exchange Server"

I have Outlook 2002 on an Windows/XP machine. Outlook was working fine for about 3 months when suddenly one morning I began geting the message "Unable to locate exchange Server". I tried deleting my profile and re-building it and outlook just hangs when I click the check names button while building the profile.

Currently I have had to create a profile to access my exhange server via POP3 to get my mail however this does not give me access to my other services.

Any Ideas as to what might have changed. I can ping my exchange server and when accessing it via POP3 it is very fast.

Problem resolved. Returned to previous version of Intel Driver and Outlook Client began working.
