I want to thank you for your help but if you can help one more time it would be helpful. Can you tell me what the steps are to network the database, do I put it on the computers and split each of them or after spliting one when I add the other two computers will the tables be linked. Thank you for any help you can give...

1) Split the tables from the forms queries, etc. into another Access Database(mdb).
2) Store this mdb on a sharable location on the network.
3) Map (root) a drive letter to the location where the file is saved. If the data is on the same machine as the forms, you may have to use subst to map the drive letter to the machine.
4) in your forms database, drop all the linked tables and re-link them using the mapped drive letter. Test the application to make sure everything is working.
5) copy the forms database to all the clients, after you have mapped them to the data database location.

Note: prior to copying the forms database, you may wish to compile to an MDE file which will remove the ability for the users to modify your code. Remember that if you do this, you MUST keep a good copy of the MDB around for future modification.
