"save as window" default icon shortcuts; possible to add? 1

Hi. Wondering if its possible to add say a folder or drive to the...You know when you click "save as" and a window opens and asks where to save the file, on the left hand side of that box, the default icons are; History ; Desktp, my computer and network neiborhood icons.
Question is, is it possible to add shortcuts to drives or folders here?
