..."Query is too complex"-error message

Can anyone give me some potentail causes of the error message..."Query is too complex"...thanks.
 
It might be too complex. Could you post your query's SQL view?

I would have to say, that it's most likely because your query is "too complex" for access to handle...

You may want to try pasting the SQL statement into a new querydef. Sometimes Access gives this error message when the querydef has become corrupted.

Thanks for the feeback...I was forced to do multiple subqueries to slim it down. I am still not entirely sure why I get that error message. I appreciate everyone's input. Grant
